$29,000 raised for people in need!
Philadelphia Phillies fans will go head-to-head with Big League Impact vice president Kyle Gibson and his teammate Corey Knebel during this year’s Big League Impact charity fantasy football league, which raised $29,000. This money will support Help One Now in its efforts to sponsor children at its Ferrier Secondary School for one school year. The school is part of Help One Now’s trafficking prevention initiatives within Haiti. Gibson also selected Help One Now as a beneficiary of his Swinging for Impact event at Topgolf Mount Laurel. Combined, the funds raised by our recent Philly events will sponsor 124 students.
Special thanks to our generous sponsors for their support of this event — Trophy Smack, E3 Wealth, Rawlings and RealTime Fantasy Sports.
The league kicked things off with a fun event at Citizens Bank Park, which included an on-field clinic for 40 members of the Phillies RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) program. Check out the post below for more photos from the day!
